Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your engagement with Strato Ltd. ("Strato", "we", "our", or "us") for digital advertising management services. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Company Information

Strato Ltd. is a company registered in Taiwan.

2. Services Provided

Strato Ltd. provides the following digital advertising management services:

• Google Ads Search campaign management and optimisation
• Keyword strategy, bid management, and negative keyword management
• Campaign performance reporting and analytics
• Multi-account management via Google Ads Manager Account (MCC)
• Ad copy creation and A/B testing
• Campaign audit and health check services

Services are delivered using proprietary internal tools powered by the Google Ads API. All API usage is strictly for the purpose of managing and reporting on client advertising accounts.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging Strato Ltd. agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and advertising goals.
• Grant necessary access to Google Ads accounts for the purpose of campaign management.
• Ensure their advertising activities comply with Google Ads policies and applicable laws.
• Provide timely approval of budgets, ad copy, and strategic recommendations.

4. Google Ads API Usage

Strato Ltd. accesses client Google Ads accounts via the Google Ads API. This access is:

• Limited to read and reporting operations for data analysis and optimisation recommendations.
• Used exclusively for the benefit of the client whose account is being accessed.
• Subject to Google's Google Ads API Terms of Service.
• Never used to access accounts without explicit client authorisation.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary tools, systems, reporting templates, and methodologies developed by Strato Ltd. remain the intellectual property of Strato Ltd. Campaign data and creative assets belong to the respective clients.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client campaign data, business information, and performance metrics as strictly confidential. We will not disclose client data to third parties except as required by law or with explicit written consent from the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

Strato Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Changes in Google Ads policies that affect campaign performance or approval status.
• Market fluctuations or competitive changes that impact advertising costs or results.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the preceding three months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, Strato Ltd. will return all client-owned data and revoke any API access to client accounts.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taoyuan City, Taiwan.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
